Hi, my name is Esma. I'm a licensed therapist, practicing for 10 + years with a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I'm also a certified clinical trauma professional and a level 2 Brainspotting Clincian.
Clients come to my practice looking for a therapist who can get to the root of their problem.
I specialize in helping you overcome feelings of anxiety, process unresolved trauma and build confidence so that you can live your best life. I will support you through life transitions and help you feel less stuck and stressed out.
My style is caring, interactive and dynamic, focusing on the mind-body connection. I have a nurturing, caring personality which I combine with practical therapeutic solutions and exercises in order to help you reach your goals and achieve change.
