Mill Valley · CaliforniaOnline Therapy in Mill Valley
Serving Mill Valley through secure telehealth.
Telehealth in Marin CountyMill Valley draws people who are intentional about how they live. There’s a culture here of wellness, self-awareness, and seeking depth. Many of the people I work with from Marin have already explored yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices on their own. They’re not new to self-reflection.
But awareness alone doesn’t always shift the patterns underneath. You can understand your attachment style intellectually, track your nervous system responses with precision, and still feel stuck in the same relational dynamics — the people-pleasing, the over-functioning, the quiet resentment that builds when boundaries stay unspoken.
That’s where deeper therapeutic work comes in. Not surface-level processing, but the kind that reaches the nervous system directly, where anxiety, trauma, and relational patterns are stored and where real change takes root. If you’re ready for something more than self-care, I offer individual and group therapy online throughout California.

Common questionsFAQ
How does online therapy work for clients in Mill Valley?
All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, so you can work with me from Mill Valley or anywhere in Marin County without commuting to an office. Brainspotting, IFS, and somatic approaches all translate well to video — and many clients find that processing in their own space, where the nervous system is already in familiar surroundings, actually supports deeper work.
What does a first session look like?
We start by getting oriented. I want to understand what brought you to therapy now, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to dive into anything deep right away. The first few sessions are about building a foundation so the work ahead feels grounded and paced well.
Do you also offer group therapy?
Yes. I run a weekly Brainspotting Group Therapy session online — no previous Brainspotting experience is needed. Group offers a steady space to slow down and process in the presence of others doing similar work. Some clients attend group weekly alongside occasional individual sessions; others do group only. Both are effective pathways.
