California Therapy Intensives for Trauma, Anxiety, and Attachment Wounds

Intensive Therapy

Make months of therapy progress in just a few focused days. Intensive therapy is designed for adults who want meaningful change without waiting for weekly sessions.

what is an intensive?

Therapy Intensives for Adults Ready for Deep Change

If you've been feeling stuck despite years of therapy, or you simply don't want healing stretched over months—an intensive offers dedicated time to work through trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, or relationship patterns in a focused, immersive format.

Using Expansion Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and evidence-based approaches, we'll work beyond insight and toward lasting change.

Within an intensive, many clients experience meaningful insight, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of direction that can be difficult to access in traditional weekly therapy alone.

Intensives are concentrated therapy sessions

I use Expansion Brainspotting, and IFS specifically chosen to go deep, gain momentum, and produce changes that last. This is an opportunity to step out of old patterns and engage with yourself and your relationships in a new way.

“This is more than a session. It’s a turning point.”

Intensives are a popular choice for individuals who live out of state but wish to work with me. I offer in-person therapy exclusively in this format, and I welcome clients to join me in either San Francisco or West Los Angeles for dedicated time to focus on healing, growth, and meaningful change.

who this is for

You might be here because

  • You're looking for a therapeutic experience that feels intentional, immersive, and genuinely transformative.

  • You're tired of touching the surface and ready to work at a deeper level.

  • Something in your life or relationships can't be ignored anymore.

  • You want meaningful support, but weekly therapy doesn't fit the reality of your schedule.

  • You're ready to make space for real reflection, insight, and lasting change — not just coping, but understanding yourself differently.

Entrepreneurs, executives, and other high-capacity people are often the ones carrying the most — professionally, relationally, and emotionally. Intensives provide intentional space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and work through what's beneath the surface. Intensive therapy provides the opportunity to engage in meaningful therapeutic work without the stop-and-start pace of weekly sessions.

For Couples

Dedicated time. Deeper healing. Lasting growth.

Intensive therapy creates space for couples to move through conflict, disconnection, and longstanding patterns in a way that weekly sessions often can't.

With extended, focused time together, you and your partner can access deeper understanding, practice new ways of communicating, and begin to rebuild trust — all within a concentrated, supported experience.

Whether you're navigating a challenging season or working to strengthen what's already there, the intensive format offers the continuity and depth that real change requires.

For Individuals

Time to heal. Space to grow.

Intensive therapy offers a rare opportunity to step away from the pace of daily life and focus entirely on yourself.

Whether you're working through trauma, navigating a transition, or seeking clarity on patterns that keep showing up, the extended format allows for deeper processing, greater insight, and meaningful change.

Many clients describe the experience as a turning point — an opportunity to engage with themselves in a way that weekly sessions don't allow.

How it Works

How intensives are structured.

  • Pre-Intensive Orientation

Two online sessions to clarify your goals, identify key patterns, and prepare for our work together.

  • Personalized Workbook

A personalized workbook to support your process before, during, and after your intensive.

  • The Intensive

An in-person session designed to support deeper, meaningful change. Sessions are held in a calm, beautifully designed office space — your choice of San Francisco or West LA.

  • Breaks and Integration

Time for brief breaks during the session to support comfort and integration.

  • Post-Intensive Access

Scheduling access to further therapy sessions if you want to explore topics that surfaced during the intensive.

Expansion Brainspotting helps uncover and release the deeper emotional and relational blocks that can impact performance, confidence, relationships, and personal growth. Used by athletes and high performers, it supports lasting transformation by accessing and processing experiences beyond conscious awareness.

The Spaces

Two convenient locations

Sessions are held at one of two locations, your choice. Both are calm, beautifully designed, and supportive spaces for deeper work.
